Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The Flats bus station located very close to the hotel was a plus. Really enjoyed staying at the queen room. Besides, we parked our car on site.

Thank you for a HELPFUL service, totally recommend. We found an iron, a flat-screen TV and a seating area in the double room. Stopped by Seagrove Gallery to get some coffee and treats, it's easy walk to the venue, recommend.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

Excellent home base for exploring Marazion. The dining room was bright. Moreover, free parking was a bonus.

we could have lunch in the kings arms set within 400 metres. comfortable 4-star experience. our hotel was near tourist sites such as avalon art.

We walked everywhere, the location was excellent. We found Philps Famous Pasties to dine in 300 metres from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again...
